Tokyo at Night Last Desperate Attempt

So many defects but about the best that could be done from my location I think.  A different angle here.  I think we are seeing in the foreground the Tokyo Train Station, behind that (and not lit up) the Train Station Hotel, and beyond that the large square plaza in front of it, surrounded by some of the high rise buildings.
