Rainy Day

so I took the opportunity to blip a different plant indoors.  I don't think I've blipped this which is a Calathea.  I was given it for my Birthday last year.  

I'm not usually very good with indoor plants but at the moment, this one is enjoying a revival after I cut the dead shrivelled leaves off and gave it a feed :)

A wet walk to church, which was cafe church today and a reminder of the alpha course for me - I did it over 20 years ago - but very new to others..

Afterwards a walk to the post box, then home the long way round.  

My knee is still quite sore, but I'm trying to keep moving around.  I have times when I get up and I can't stand on that leg straightaway which is really irritating!

Hope I can see the Dr later in the week about this and possibly get referral to pain clinic for a steroid injection - thats if I can get an appointment!
