3408. Port De Soller, Mallorca

We took an island tour today which despite the weather was absolutely brilliant.  We had seen a severe weather warning for rain for most of the day but very little appeared until we were almost back to Alcudia.

We travelled to Port de sa Colobra first and caught a small boat to Port de Soller, which hugged the coastline all the way and had spectacular views of the dozens of tunnels and caves.

We had a snack lunch in Port de Soller before catching a tram to Soller itself.  The tram was such fun and we arrived right in the middle of the town of Soller.  We had a wee wander then caught the train back towards Palma.

It was a great day and well worth it, it wasn’t hot but at least the rain stayed away for most of it.
