Prunus padus

Also known as a bird cherry, black dogwood, and Mayday Tree.  I was really surprised this afternoon walking down to S'bury's, that this prunus had suddenly seemed to exploded into flower! Thinking I might go back down tomorrow to take an image of the whole tree, but use my proper camera instead of my phone.

Popped into town this morning to meet up with a couple for coffee. They are down for a short break and are carrying on down to Newquay, to meet other friends. It was good to catch up. Did a quick bit of shopping in M&S, and bought a new pair of sandals in Mountain Warehouse for the upcoming holiday. That was also the reason to wander down to S'bury's to purchase some euros.
