Tears

My poor Mother was in floods of tears again. This morning a senior member of staff had spoken to her like a 3 year old, raising her voice as well. Thankfully one of our favourite carers heard and it was reported, but im just bloody angry and sad for her its really tough to deal with.

Alice gave her cuddles, staff gave  her cuddles, i gave her cuddles, it helped. Alice wore her high heels to show her.
