Enough

It's been another day of low cloud, but no rain and quite mild (9°C). It's also been another day of editing the funding proposal, answering queries from my undergraduate class, and marking case studies. I knocked off at 19:15, and decided that it was time to go for a run.

The rough road up to the trailhead below Klakkur - the westernmost summit across the fjord - offers a steepening 3km climb to 240m, with a couple of steeper bits to break up your rhythm, so was a good training run. I was pleased that I managed to keep running all the way, and it was nice to get a distant sunny view under the cloud. I'll run to the top of Klakkur (413m) some time, but the roadhead was enough for today. Once I was back in the town I stopped running and walked back to cool down, satisfied with 7km (230m) at 5:41/km.
