Wide Wednesday- Nature

Here is a bit of nature in the middle of town. Back at the medical imaging place where I often admire their Chinese Pistachio trees in autumn. There seems to be lots of medical appointments these days and we are pretty well on the whole. My turn tomorrow for the GP appointment. I have been waiting for it for weeks.

I did the second 45 minute online physio session today which was great. I did work hard and have muscles in my legs that I forgot I owned. Feeling it this evening. Must be doing me good. My knee bend was 4° better last night than my reading a week ago. The course cost a lot but so far I am impressed.
