A Flying Lemon

Nothing like a Gold Finch to bring a bit of sunshine to a dreary day.  A friend calls them "flying lemons" and I would have to agree.  The color, the shape, yes, a lemon indeed.  A good way to start the month of May although it feels more like early April outside.  The thought for this month, according to my desktop calendar is, "The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts." - Marcus Aurelius.  Or, as Tinkerbell would say, "Think the happiest thoughts and it is the same as having wings."   (Creative challenge for May is in the extras.)
