Sweetness and Shite!

The extra was going to my blip until circumstances beyond our control happened, and so a new blip was born.

We were on grandparent childcare today of our nearly 2 year old Freya. We had taken her home and were then looking after her brother Arthur as well.  Mum and Dad had gone to a school assembly and when they came back Arthur bounced through the house, having ignored his mum's  call to take off his shoes. You know what's coming don't you!

Dog poo all through the hall and sitting room in about a dozen steps, mainly on carpet. Grandparents cleaned most of it, parents kept remarkably calm and no shouting. The shot is of Nana, in Marigolds, giving the carpet a second clean. (I'd done the scrape, spray, and first rub) Why she has a smile on her face is unknown......

My extra is of a seating area in the park made of logs, around what has become a fire pit. Unfortunately, the wooden fence has steadily been sacrificed to feed the impromptu fires.
