May Day

The 1st of May and it has been a warm one - 19.5° on the way home so I made good use of my sunroof. More training this morning, a slightly frustrating meeting and some phone calls before my lesson with my Y7s was observed. I think it went OK but will wait for the feedback. An early-for-me departure so that I could do a supermarket trip on the way home for Bailey supplies and a few jobs when I got home. And then I decided to make the most of the warmth and the light to cut the grass, put holes in the pot that my marguerite is sitting in and pot up some plants that arrived in the post yesterday: echinacea and delphiniums. Bailey assumed his usual supervisory role. The garden is looking very green but there are some buds emerging.
