I headed into the office today.  It was a lovely day, just a pity I had to go to work.   I had my usual busy Tuesday morning, with back to back meetings.  At lunchtime a colleague suggested popping out to a local sandwich shop for some lunch.  Three of us went, but one remembered that he had something urgent to do, so got a takeaway, which left two of us to sit in.  We had a good chat, then I rushed along Princes Street to run an errand and then rushed back to the office.

I was busy all afternoon, and was not overly delighted that my end year review had been  moved to 5pm, and it eventually started sometime after 5pm.  Thankfully my boss was as weary as me.   It all went well and we had a good catch up if nothing else.  The downside is I now need to write it all up.  It’s all such a chore, with very little benefit.  When I eventually left the office, I could see my bus at the bus stop, which meant I had missed it.  I took the opportunity wander along Princes Street to another bus stop to catch the next bus.

TT had tea ready when I got in.  BB was out at R’s, so we didn’t see him, as he came home after we had gone to bed!

After tea, I went out for a walk, and then wondered whether BB had done any work today.

This is a view from Princes Street, looking up to Castlehill.
