I love Saturdays…they are so quiet….the only thing i need to do is sorting the weeks tablets so i don’t have to think about that every day…..
the rest is up to me to fill….or not……

this sort of community garden is on one of my walks, the food grown there is used in the Osnosh kitchen that provides warm meals for the community…pay what you can…on wto days a weel, and it is a sort of social hub…

mywshoulder is quite sore….i think the weather might be changing….:)
