Musing of a Lady

Spring Sunshine

Another lovely, but long, intense day. I went into Gouda with Sanne this morning. We had a lovely time together. It was lovely going into various art shops with some one who enjoys the same sort of hobbies as I do. I'm glad we went because she needed distracting from a few things.

Little Man stayed with my parents and a lot of fun. They took him out to the second-hand shop, where they were able to get a sandpit (without the sand) and a paddling pool, as well as several new cars. Little Man is now set for the summer and I'm extremely grateful for the garden, as it means we won't be stuck inside.

After Little Man's sleep, we spent some time in the garden. I made sure we both had our water bottles to hand and suncream on. Its not worth getting burned or anything like that.

I'm grateful for the opportunities that seem to be coming my way and the chance to enjoy life again. My mental health is improving with leaps and bounds. I have more motivation to get out and about. I have been able to put a list of dreams and goals together for myself, with the aim of achieving them over the next few years (like getting my driver's licence and a proper job).
