a wonderful bank holiday…sun..and shade but warm…finished and printed the service our group is doing this month in the care home….
 after lunch a walk and later i sat an hOur in the sun on my fav spot outside my apartment….

in a bit i will make  black-bean soup with avocado recipe by Jamie….

last night. at Elv’ we had baked sweet potato with spinach and chickpeas with a tahini dressing…..it’s so wonderful that i will make it a weekly meal…..i hope….:))
