HUNTING HERON.

Dull overcast day, with just one shower. Early morning walk and managed to get really close to this heron. Spend the afternoon up the step ladders with a saw and branch loppers, cutting a lot of my camellia as it was getting so high. Hope it recovers,but i am sure it will, took off about a foot and a half.
My friend called in for a cup of tea and has just left. Off now to get a bite to eat.  Extra is my apple tree which I grew from a pip.
