11 Years

It is amazing how the years have passed by. I have enjoyed meeting some of you at blipmeets and the friendships I have made. Thank you all so much for your encouragement and support over the years

I am known for my blips of postcards from Christchurch or my flower ones. Today I thought I would have a change with just some Autumn leaves.

This morning I had Physio. I had a new Physio today as my one was away. She wasn't qualified in Accurpucture so gave me a wonderful massage on my neck and shoulders. Also showed me some more excerises to do for my Frozen Shoulders. 

It has been a very cold day with some sunshine at times. Tonight it is expected to drop to -4c.
