Most Southerly

I took Andy & Ruby into Helston this morning so that they could return to Porthleven via the Penrose estate, a most tranquil and picturesque walk. Meanwhile I set off on what I fondly call The Graveyard Run, stopping at dad's grave in Mawgan then mum's in Ruan Minor. An extra of the churches (St. Ruan top).

On the way back I went to the Lizard, had a bite to eat, an ice-cream, a mooch around the gift shops and walked down to the most southerly point in England; it was glorious. An extra of the old lifeboat house and a Lynx helicopter in someone's garden(!). I took the scenic route from the Lizard via Poldhu cove then onto Porthleven via Helston.

Andy & Ruby had a good time and have just gone out for a drink by the harbourside on the way to a nice restaurant.
