First alium

It was a bright sunny start today and lovely having Beau here all day. He finds various spots to chill out and in between brings me his favourite ball. He went home just after 17:00 and as I was closing the front door I heard Jo say yes I know you love her. I opened the door and he was on the grass between us dragging her back and then led down outside the door. I told him I’d see him tomorrow and now he needed to go home to look after his ‘Mum’ at which point at which point he got up and walked back into the house!

I’ve added a few extras of the three dogs running in the paddock yesterday. It was so nice to see Beau having freedom to run, and two of us telling Jo to let him run and roll in the grass.

I fear there will be trouble next week as Jo’s neighbour on the other side has rats nesting under her shed, and had said she would take the feeders down and put some poison down (as we prefer not to with Beau in the garden) but then filled them up and went on holiday. They have dug multiple routes into Jo’s garden and Beau goes nuts when he needs a wee at night. Jo is furious as Beau now has to be on a lead in the garden and of course the risk of him picking something up when he eats the grass.
