Afternoon Walk...

I'm still struggling to bend to put socks and shoes on, so today I walked (slowly) for 20 mins in my slippers just so I had something on my feet...

I've got dermatitis on my stomach around 4 of my 7 wounds... GP have me some cortisone cream to put on once a day and hopefully that clears it up before I see my GP again next Thursday... I lost 1.4kg this week...

I'm allowed to return to my exercise physiologist on Monday as long as if anything triggers a niggle I'm not to continue that exercise and move on to a different exercise that I can manage ( I think I might have trouble with the Kettlebell/Dumbbell dead lifts inparticular)... At this point I'd like to rotate between walking and weight exercises to build up and maybe in a month be able to do both each day...
