Fresh pasture (Day 3288)

After wandering Sigyn first thing this morning, the rest of the day has been spent on hoss stuff.
First on the to-do list was a check on Thunder to see how he was doing. It was fairly clear from the marks in the field that he hadn't really settled and needed company. Before that could happen, HV made a few modifications to her new hoss, namely removal of the shoes he was wearing and giving his feet a bit of a trim (extra). With that done I zoomed off to the rest of the herd with the intention of leading Robin down to Thunder's field. Robin had other ideas and refused to be led until I had saddled and mounted George. We then towed Robin to meet Thunder. They settled down together very quickly and I took George to the summer grazing at Warebeth.
HV and I went back to Mum's for lunch, then rode Red and Jeeps to the summer grazing. Really nice to get to ride two horses today after a week of no riding, and great to see HV on Jeeps again (extra).
The rest of the afternoon was spent shifting stuff and getting electric fencing strung as the horses grazed in the glorious sunshine.
Back to Mum's for a brief stop before we took her out for a curry.
