Sheltie gathering

A quandary - which photograph to use for my blip? Flowers or dogs? Of course, the dogs won the day. We had a small gathering of humans and dogs in the sunshine this afternoon. This was our first get together with friends since Nick’s operation (over five weeks ago now) and it was so good to have a bit of normality back in our lives again. The Lovely Lucy brought her humans and her 15 week old adopted sibling Hallie to have a play with Bertie and all three got on well together.
We were forecast a day of showers but none have appeared, although it was quite cloudy with bright intervals for most of the day. It was lovely to have some visitors joining our service at church this afternoon and they were all in good voice for the hymn singing.
