Canvey Island run return via farm shop

Went on a 5k run with B - decided on Canvey as the weather was perfect and there was a plethora of benches. Good for B to rest and recover.

On the return trip we visited a farm shop where the apples were impressive.  They had all been polished! Perfect for a Blip.We had coffee and a toasted sandwich.

Later, at home I sorted the tokens - pleased to say all present and correct.

Later, we had a panic - we lost Nori, who we discovered had managed to climb out of an upstairs top window and land outside in the front garden. Presumably no worse for ware as he soon settled in his favourite spot to look out for birds - see extra. However, we later found that he had left some hair behind in the front garden rose bush so it must have been a prickly landing. One of his 9 lives used up!
