Feeding Time

We can tell when the farmer is coming to feed the sheep because they all start running and bleating towards the gate before we  can hear him.
He pours out the feed in a line. All the ewes nibble away in a line and he counts them. The lambs don't take much notice. after all they have their own liquid feed.  I'm surprised the farmer has to supplement the food for the nursing ewes. Our lush green grass  must not be nutrious enough
