Rain

I'd expected heavier rain in the Faroes, but haven't put on the waterproof jacket and trousers that I brought. However, overnight and for much of the morning, it rained steadily. It cleared up shortly after I'd finished marking my exam, so I went out to get some fresh air. In the park the waterfall was rather more active than it was when viewed from the same point last week!

I spent the afternoon getting back into programming mode, but also learned that daughter K has bought a flat, that Mavisbank has been saved, and guessed that the strike has eased - since the broadband works have started again.
