Leaves

I blipped the leaves I had raked onto the road for council to collect a couple of days ago. This morning he arrived today in his big truck. There was a bit of going back and forwards but he collected them all from outside our house. Extra showing the truck. They mulch the leaves, more than I can cope with. I spent another hour scratching around in the back garden raking up the leaves from the ajuga bed. The leaves completely cover the plants which then go mouldy if not freed. 

I didn’t do much else in the exercise department as I met my old work friend for lunch. I’m mentoring her which is great as we get the opportunity to catch up more frequently. 

Bob was handyman and did some necessary plumbing jobs. 

Now it’s time to cook again. Our roast chicken was huge and we keep on having leftovers made into something else. Last night I did a batch which made 3 meals and there is still a lot of meat left. Maybe curry tonight and soup with the bones. Better get onto it.
