Ray of Sunshine

After a frost we had some lovely sunshine... until early afternoon when the cold Southerly blow in. Sure got cold then. It looked as if it would rain but we had none. The skies were very dark all afternoon along with some strong winds at times. 

I had physio this morning and he gave me a Massage and some Accurpucture. I had planned on some shopping on the way home but wasn't feeling great after my heart going into AF overnight and only righted itself just before I had my physio appointment.
