Seed head

Drumming this morning, a fast and furious session. And a steep learning curve!

Didn't stay for coffee this week, as MrM and I had an appointment with a solicitor in Brighouse this afternoon. Not the closest solicitor, but recommended by a good friend. We need to revise our wills - something we should have done a year ago after moving house. It was a fairly painless meeting apart from paying the bill, which was required up-front!
Refreshment was needed afterwards.

Home for a short time after that, then into Huddersfield for the jazz club. No time to cook, so we treated ourselves to pie and peas at the pub. Delicious!

Spotted this lovely seed head on the way to drumming. It was poking up through a patch of valerian - no idea what plant it is.
