Sun, Rain, Clouds and Cool!

The weather was all over the place today and now, at 6:00 it's beautifully sunny, but quite cool. Perfect night for pizza and a movie!

My son and grandson came for a visit today. There's an airshow at the nearby airfield and we could see some of it from my driveway, including what we determined were F-15 jets...amazing and very loud! My 6 year old grandson was completely smitten!

I spent the rest of the afternoon writing my next blog post - the 2nd part of searching for my birthmother (there will be at least 3 parts, if not more). I have so many documents and details but it takes a lot of work to make a coherent (and captivating) story out of it. If you're interested, here's a link:

One of my friends who came to the GUTS dinner last night brought me this gorgeous calla lily...what a color!
