Cloudy Start

The day started cloudy but then got sunny and hot again.  I was so happy with a Boston Butt pork roast I cooked for pulled pork sandwiches.  I made up a rub and put it all over, poured a Guinness beer over it, placed it in the oven at 250 degrees at 10 PM and didn't take it out until 6 AM = perfection.  Let me say it was a 9 pounder bone-in and I had it in a closed up pot.  The kids came over and we had dinner - made it with a side of German potato salad and broccoli slaw
