Waverley rooftops

a little bit from hardware and software lab

Oh well.

Seems like to be a great combination.

Nokia smartphone including the optics from Carl Zeiss in Lumia 720 like the mobile camera and application SNAPSEED on Samsung tablet with Android OS.

And what about the Nokia ?

Like the pocket camera for 5* rating. Especially for me who is using last mid-class Nokia Lumia 720. Just 6 MPx works fine here.
But I could imagine how it works Nokia PureCam in high-end models like 1020 etc.
Well done with that Nokia, I must say.
Sad fact that ability of 1,5 -4 sec exposure time I could use only on auto and especially in darker light conditions.

Nokia works good in developing of applications for Lumia cameras.
Second positive.
I would like to try soon the application"NOKIA Refocus" in store.
Found it today application srore. Of course it's another Nokia application for free.
Basically, you need version of Lumia OS Amber or higher Black for using that app.
Looking like the great fun, this app. Should be useful maybe ;-)
Easy to use really. I just try 2 or 3 shots like the test.

Recommended for download and installation.

...now Bluetooth transfer of 6MPx mobile pics to tablet device ;-)

Snapseed is great for black and white tab post-process especially.
No, not. The mobile snaps are not about crystal sharpness or perfection.
But that's good for black&white tones.
Use it is simple and works like the basic dark room lab on the go. Very useful for post-processing in tablet.
Funny thing and even it works very well :-)
Good application for Android tablets. Especially if you are slightly boring just only from "consuming the entertainment" and "socializing of your virtual profile".

That' s another great aspect for manufacturers who want made more from that.
Sad fact that only Samsung Galaxy Note on Android OS and latest Asus VivoTab Note 8 on Windows 8.1 are tryin' to apply with integrated stylus like the creative tool.
Looks that should be great for sketches, drawings or better post-processing of mobile snapshots. For serious cameras we need RAW lab application and stronger performance in hardware basic configuration.
Now it's good for fun and nothing serious but soon we could expect that tablet should be useful on the go. And should be better with all of that in future I hope.

Have a good weekend everybody
