In Forest Park\ Global Warming Series

Portland Oregon is a wonderful city, where you can hike among trees between eight and ten in the morning, and still make your Pilates class at 10:30. So did Syb and I at the start of a sunny and rainy, gardening filled day. This picture is a stream in Forest Park, flowing between glowing green but also affected by man. This will be a good place to start my effort to connect our real lives to the inevitable alteration that climate change will bring. Most of my time is spent on work, and the rest is amusement, but I can't get away from the conviction that we are letting our opportunity to avoid the worst destruction of our environment slip through our fingers. While I earn a living, socialize and watch TV. This is an attempt to keep reminding us of the dangers that await.
