Raindrops on lilly leaf.

We have had a day of weather. Bright sunshine, strong breezes, overcast skies and then a terrific thunderstorm with rain pelting down.
When we finally got out into the park it was covered with a steamy mist rising up off the sodden ground, the air must be really warm.
The lilly pad caught my eye because it was covered with raindrops. Having spent the day writing reports and filling in assessment sheets it was a big effort to go out. Once we are out we feel so much better and wonder why we were so reluctant. Another weekend has flashed by!!
