Just before ...

... my mum had to slam the brakes on the way back from Ninewells as an enormous caravan had jackknifed across the road 200 yards in front of us.

We both obviously had the same thoughts about being stuck there for hours, as our first words to each other were "just as well we had a wee before leaving Ninewells!".

Actually ended up not being too bad as there were a couple of off duty policemen who sorted everything out and got the caravan off the road before any other services arrived.

And perhaps more importantly, the young family involved in the accident were all fine.

Hadn't really intended this to be my blip for the day, however I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out and, given what happened very shortly afterwards, it seemed the right choice for the day.
