Bratislava

Bratislava (until 1919: Prešporok Slovak, Hungarian Pozsony, Pressburg in German / Preßburg, Croatian and Spanish Presburgo) is the capital and largest city of Slovakia. It has about 446,819 inhabitants (2005) and is situated on the Danube, near the borders with Austria and Hungary, about 60 km from Vienna.
