School Run

There's something a little unseemly queueing out side the pub waiting for it to open. But sometime it just has to be done.

After missing out yesterday, Silverback and myself were determined to get our pie today, and with tables at a premium we were there, quite literally at early doors.

When the staff did open-up at noon, it was like first day of the sales with around a dozen hungry/thirsty customers storming through the doors.

And the pie - wonderful!

As I knew I'd be going here I stopped off on my way from the station this morning as the sunlight raking past was just brilliant. I knew right away this would be my blip. Job done at 8.55.
