New spuds

Continuing with a vegetable theme for everything is ripening madly! We dug up our potato patch this morning and were delighted to discover an abundant crop. This year we grew them under black plastic and it seems to have worked. Nothing nicer than new potatoes with loads of butter and fresh mint.
