Bit of a squash!

Well the flower of a Patty Pan to be precise. I got two seeds at a seed swap and both plants have been pumping out plenty of perfectly formed spaceship-like squash - a big success!

In other news, I made it out to the airport P&R and back solo and without incident (apart from a brief trip to Heriot Watt Uni after a wrong turn on a big roundabout, soon remedied though :). Feeling very pleased with myself. Although I did leave home before 6.30am and left Gogarburn at 15.00 to avoid peak traffic.

Made it down to Stobo for a swim as a wee reward this evening.
