Dunkeld-pretty, historic Highland town

We stopped at Dunkeld on our way home and had a detour exploring this historic Highland town with its cathedral, and walked alongside the river Tay.
 
The pretty town has many notable features including a plaque commemorating the childhood home of  Alexander Mackenzie  (1822-1892 ) Canada’s first Liberal Prime Minister.
