Tree with “wow” factor

I love this stunning tree in a neighbour’s garden. The owner is a friend and enthusiastic gardener, and often acts as our mentor when it comes to gardening. She knows the Latin names of all her trees and flowers along with best planting positions, and is an expert on taking cuttings.

This is a Cercidiphyllum japonicum or Katsura tree originally from Japan and China and introduced into the UK in 1881.
I plan to put one of these on my Christmas list. My only concern is that this tree took fifteen years to grow to its present  size. What with Covid etc I may not have 15 years….
