Treasure Box

When I pulled back the curtains this morning it was raining but by the time I had finished my recorder lesson and sat down to listen to Pop Master with my cuppa, it had turned in to a lovely, sunny day.

The delivery guys brought this treasure box full of fun to share with Euan when we next see him.  I think he will particularly enjoy washing the windows with his spray gun and squeegee, and doing some weighing with the scales.

After lunch, Bev, Angela and I walked a circuit of our village and Cullingworth via the viaduct, a good six miles and most enjoyable in the sunshine.

It's the final episode of 'The Rules of the Game' tonight, another good drama series.  We seem to have a few good dramas on just now (apart from the dreadful baying and carry on in our parliament! What on earth we must look like to folks outside the UK...)  There is another Jed Mercurio coming up and the final couple of episodes of the quirky 'The Tourist'.
