New read

I spotted this while browsing Waterstones during my day out in Bracknell. I had plenty of time to look at it properly in the shop and what I read seemed to make quite a lot of sense. So I treated myself to a full price book, something I rarely do. I've already earmarked lots of new recipes and will be shopping for them this weekend. If nothing else we will be trying something new to eat and that's always a winner.
I had a good "sorting out" day. I've organised mum's transport for a hospital appointment next week. I actually spoke to a man at her electricity company who actually understood the problem and I think has sorted it.......it's only taken about 18months! Here's hoping. I spent a couple of hours cleaning the kitchen which is always so messy when I return home. We have a multi fuel burner in there which heats the house and the dust and grime is unbelievable. Unfortunately Barry "never has time" to clear it as he goes, and quite frankly doesn't notice it or really care how messy it is. At least it's clean, tidy and nicer smelling now, for a couple of days anyway. It's definitely a job that you need to be on top of!
Tomorrow I'm hoping to get into the greenhouse, everything has grown quite a lot while I've been away.
