STIR FRY FOR SUPPER

Eight chicken breasts, a whole bulb of garlic, ginger, chillies., A variety of vegetables-.keeks,,carrots ,mushrooms, green beans, peppers, red cabbage, spinach. Soya sauce . Enough to feed an army I thought . Two hungry teenagers, parents and myself. Not much left over.!
