Dormant?

Having to do a full sunlight blip today what with sorting things out to see Gill in hospital later.
One of the dormant flower heads in our garden - no snow but it as about 0 degrees today ... not that anyone somewhere properly cold will be impressed by that! 

I'll need some more time to check the entries for this week's Mono Monday so I'll aim to get the results out on Thursday.

Thanks to everyone who has sent good wishes for Gill, she has managed to stand up this morning :-)
