Challenge

Today felt a bit challenging sadly but on the plus side I baked Easter Biscuits using an online recipe from Hobbs House. I usually buy them from the shop in Nailsworth or Tetbury but I am very happy with how they turned out and I may not need to buy them this year. They have a very distinctive smell and for the first time I’ve bought the oils that is needed for them, the kitchen smells amazing.

Planning a visit to see my folks and to also do a bit of travel and sight seeing off the beaten track, out of tourist season, as I have leave left to take before April starts.
