Sea potatoes, are burrowing sea urchins, echinoderms that go by the name of Echinocardium cordatum. 
Ormers are edible sea snails, otherwise known as ear-shells, sea ears, muttonfish, venus's-ears, paua or abalones. Their scientific name is Haliotis tuberculata .
