I've had Jan round for lunch today, lovely because it's five weeks since we met up. She told me she's been eating more beans and green, leafy vegetables, which is great as she's prone to digestive troubles. I take some of the credit due to my nagging advice courtesy of Zoe!

After I'd taken her back home - the traffic was very heavy - I got out for a quick walk while it wasn't raining... but then it started, and produced this rainbow :-)
