I got lots done this morning, including cooking an aubergine caponata to go in the freezer, and mending this vest. When I volunteered at Parkrun last Saturday, I was given one that was fastened with a safety pin... I said I'd mend it!

I'm posting this sat outside the physio's, a bit early for my appointment. I'll update with what he says later.

Summary:-
- Nothing wrong with my knee, the problem is my hips.
- Use my glutes to drive myself forward walking.
- Practice balancing on one leg, because if you can't, and I find balance slightly tricky because of bunions, then you can't walk properly!
- Be aware of my body, how it's moving, where bits of me are and how they feel.
- Practice walking !
- Practice jumping... because he'd previously told me not to jump down from the bouldering wall because I'd have done it lopsidedly.
- Practice hip raising and lowering sideways on the stairs... which is really difficult on my left side.
- It's age related... well it would be lol!
- The cyst has gone. The swelling I can see and feel is caused by lymphatic fluid being slow to drain.
- Drink more water. Raise the leg when resting.
