Episode 2
This afternoon I was back at my favourite fortified church to be injected with part 2 of my shingles vaccination.
It was sunny when I was there in January and today's grey skies made it seem even more Barlinnie-esque. None of that matters obviously, and I am grateful for NHS Fife's efforts to keep me healthy in my twilight years.
During the morning I had the usual variety of chores and errands to deal with, and after going under the needle I have been taking things easy while I wait to see what (if any) side effects hit me this time around.
It is a good reason to do some research which might find its way into future meal plans.
