Pretty flowers

I am not really sure what is the name of this tree, I looked it up last year and did not write it down.  We got this tree through our county for free. I love the flowers: they are so tiny and pretty.  

Pixie is doing slightly better, but still not herself.  We are waiting for another medicine, and hope that will make her totally better.  Thanks for all the well wishes.
