I was out for a walk early this morning as rain was forecast later, and what a lot of dogs!
I wanted to take something to eat on the way to Mallorca, breakfast or lunch or both, who knows, and tried out a recipe for red lentil and cheese flan. I've had some for lunch with salad and I like it, although next time I'll add something as it's slightly on the bland side. Now packed into my lunchbox - extra.
Then, to use up the inevitable leftovers in the fridge, I made a lentil mushroom bolognese sauce.
